We have resumed International shipping and shipping within India, in select zones (as per Government guidelines).
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
International orders: delivered within 10-12 business days.
Domestic orders: delivered within 15-18 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency's website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our website, from the "Order Status" link under "support" in the website footer.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
If the order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reﬂect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-10 days.
No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email will be provided)
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective).
